Where are your goods made?

All our goods are hand made in Melbourne, Australia.

Who designs your goods?

All goods are designed in-house, exclusively for Barnaby & Friends

How much goes to the charity?

ALL profits will be donated directly to our selected charity after the sale of each of the limited edition of 100 pieces.  Pledges for additional donations will be accepted on behalf of the chosen charity, to maximise funds given to the chosen charity.  All setup costs and promotional materials are donated by Comer & King Interiors and Soft Furnishings, as the creator of this initiative.



What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express via PayPal.  Direct transfer PayPal payments are also available.  Merchant facilities for domestic credit card purchases are also available with applicable surcharges – Visa and MasterCard 2%, American Express 3%.  Direct debit payments are available for domestic purchases only.  International Funds Transfers are available upon request.  Please email us directly to obtain direct debit payment details.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this web store, however, if you do have a PayPal account, this is the easiest method of payment.

How secure is this web store?

All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world.  PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected.  PayPal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any sensitive payment information.

What is your exchange/ return policy ?

Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Barnaby & Friends.  As these products are hand-made, certain variations and finishes are to be expected.  These limited edition products are not returnable due to change of mind, etc.  Any faulty workmanship will be repaired and/ or replaced at the discretion of Barnaby & Friends.  Postage and re-delivery will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis, keeping in mind this is a charitable web store, so minimising external costs is obviously paramount.



How long will delivery of my order take?

As each piece will be made available on the website once completed, we will endeavour to deliver each limited edition piece within 1-2 weeks from order/ purchase date.  International orders may take longer due to shipping times and/ or delays, however, we will do our best to minimise any delays in deliveries, where possible.

How much does shipping cost?

Due to the generosity of TLC for kids’ transport partner, TOLL Logistics, we are able to offer FREE shipping around Australia!

With any custom orders, which are separate to the limited edition project, deliveries within Australia will be charged at a flat-rate shipping cost of AUD$10 via Express Post parcel service.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!  We ship to any country.  International shipping charges are based on individual orders.  Please enquire at time of purchase for a shipping estimate.  Import duties, taxes and charges may apply to international orders, and these are the responsibility of the purchaser.
